How does it work?

 

When a user positions himself in front of the Kiosk Mode totem, the GAIA Virtual Assistant is activated and welcomes, advising them to leave their mobile number to continue the journey directly from the tourist's smartphone.

 

To be precise, the user can choose between 2 possibilities:

 

  1. Continue the journey from your mobile,
  2. Be guided by Kiosk Mode, interacting directly with the totem, on the spot.

 

By choosing the option "I want to continue the journey from my mobile phone", GAIA will only ask you to enter the phone number, in order to instantly send an SMS with a link to the interactive guide.

The Kiosk Mode multimedia totems for museums or tourist activities can find space both in structures where there is no dedicated staff, compensating for the absence of employees with an information and dissemination service, and in structures equipped with front-office staff.

 

In both cases, Kiosk Mode does not replace the staff, but represents an additional precious resource, to offer visitors an interactive and immersive experience, to discover art and culture.
