Kiosk Mode is our interactive kiosk equipped with GAIA, an artificial human that interacts with users and takes charge of the customer journey, offering an engaging conversational experience.

In standby mode, Kiosk Mode plays rotating multimedia and video content.

Using its motion sensor, GAIA turns on as soon as someone approaches the kiosk, greeting them and offering assistance.

During the interaction between GAIA and the user, the advertising banners will always be visible at the bottom of the screen.
•
When the user stops talking to GAIA, Kiosk Mode will resume playing the ads in full screen.
